Large Investment Bank require an experienced Test Team Leader to work with project managers to identify scope of functional and non-functional testing required for a product release. Will also, define the entrance and exit criteria for the functional and non-functional testing phases of the project. Based on the candidates formulation of a Test Strategy, candidate will develop a QA project plan, which will define QA tasks and provide resourceduration estimates. The role will cover requirement specifications and use case review, the import of requirements into TestDirector, and the design and creation of functional and non-functional (load) test scripts to ensure requirements coverage. In some cases, role may require candidate to contribute to business analysis and requirements definition, and use that understanding to document use and test cases. Essential: Bachelors Degree, excellent communication skills, a strong lifecycle foundation with an emphasis on functional and load (volume and stress) testing of large applications, previous banking experience. Mercury Interactive TestDirector, Mercury Interactive LoadRunner 7+ with WebHTTP protocol experience, Mercury Interactive WinRunner with Java Add-in experience, SQL for Relational Databases, e.g. Sybase & Oracle. Candidate should have experience testing both Desktop and Web-based functionality in a Financial Services Technology environment
